We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join Bajaj Capital Ltd. as Field Marketing Executives. Your primary responsibility will be customer engagement through lead generation activities at popular public places like Petrol Pumps, Malls, and Market Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit designated high-footfall locations (Petrol Pumps, Malls, Commercial Hubs, etc.).
Interact with customers and pitch lead generation activities (e.g., getting coupon forms filled).
Collect accurate customer details such as Name, Age, and Mobile Number.
Deliver basic information about financial & insurance products with high energy and professionalism.
Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.
