About the Role

If travel inspires you, details excite you, and creating unforgettable journeys feels more like art than work this role is for you.

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who can think beyond templates and packages, and instead design meaningful, well-researched, beautifully curated travel experiences. This is a hands-on role that involves end-to-end ownership of the client journey from the first conversation to post-trip support.

This is not a call-center or mass-package role. Its for someone who enjoys storytelling through itineraries, understands luxury nuances, and loves going the extra mile.Role & responsibilities

What Youll Do
Engage directly with clients to understand their travel style, expectations, budget, and purpose of travel
Design and curate customized travel itineraries (leisure, luxury, experiential, family, honeymoon, celebrations)
Conduct deep destination research to suggest unique experiences, hotels, routes, and offbeat ideas
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, experience partners, and vendors
Negotiate rates, inclusions, and value-adds with suppliers
Convert itineraries into confirmed bookings and manage end-to-end reservations
Provide pre-departure assistance, on-trip coordination, and post-travel support




Maintain high standards of presentation, accuracy, and attention to detail in proposals and documents
Continuously explore recent destinations, hotels, and experiences to enhance offerings

Experience & Skills
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a client-facing role is preferred
We are open to candidates without direct travel experience if you:
Have strong research skills
Love planning and organizing
Are eager to learn and grow in luxury travel
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word (very important)
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills and basic understanding of itinerary formatting are a big plus
