About anantam anantam is a multi-designer fashion destination showcasing established and emerging Indian labels. We celebrate Indian craftsmanship while creating a warm, personalised retail experience for every client.

The role

We are looking for a Luxury Fashion Consultant with a robust sense of style, excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. The role involves understanding each client’s preferences, offering thoughtful styling recommendations, achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities
Deliver a warm, attentive and personalised client experience.
Understand clients’ preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable pieces.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build a solid personal clientele through regular follow-ups and personalised recommendations.
Develop detailed knowledge of designers, collections, fabrics and craftsmanship.
Manage the complete client journey, including enquiries, billing,



alterations and after-sales assistance.
Support visual merchandising, inventory, stock movement and daily store operations.
Maintain high standards of grooming, punctuality, discipline and store presentation.

Ideal candidate
Polished, confident and well-presented.
Warm, personable and skilled at building client relationships.
Fashion-conscious, with an appreciation for Indian designer wear.
Commercially driven and comfortable working toward sales targets.
Proactive, organised and accountable.
Comfortable communicating with clients in person, over calls and through WhatsApp.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail sales.
Experience in Indian designer, ethnic, bridal or occasion wear is preferred.
Solid spoken English and Hindi.
Comfortable working six days a week, including weekends and festive periods as per the store roster.
