We are setting up a recent Aerospace Composites facility in India. Were looking for a seasoned leader to establish and drive the Manufacturing Engineering function.

Mission:
Lead industrialization of aerospace composite products
Transfer manufacturing knowhow from global facilities
Develop robust processes & support production rampup
Build and mentor the engineering team

Key Responsibilities:
Facility setup, equipment commissioning, process qualification
Product industrialization, FAI, DFM, tooling concepts
Daytoday production support, troubleshooting, engineering changes
Composite manufacturing process optimization
Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, scrap reduction
Team development & crossfunctional collaboration





Profile:
B.E./M.E. in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
15+ years in Manufacturing Engineering/Industrialization (Aerospace mandatory)
Robust composites manufacturing expertise
Experience in facility startup, rampup, tech transfer
Handson, pragmatic, ownership mindset
