Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced LinkedIn Ghostwriter / LinkedIn Manager to manage leadership personal branding and social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid writing skills, a good understanding of LinkedIn, and hands-on experience creating and managing engaging content for brands and leadership profiles.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management
Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and carousels for leadership profiles while maintaining their unique voice and communication style.
Manage company and leadership LinkedIn pages, including profile optimization.
Develop and maintain a monthly LinkedIn content calendar.
Manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement to build reach and professional networks.
Monitor LinkedIn performance, including impressions, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
Prepare and share monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Social Media Management
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X for assigned brands.
Develop and maintain platform-specific content calendars.
Coordinate with designers, video editors,



and other creative teams to execute content.
Write engaging captions, video scripts, hooks, and other social media copy.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and community engagement.
Track platform-wise performance and recommend improvements based on data and audience response.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn management, ghostwriting, personal branding, or social media management.
Solid English writing skills with a explicit, professional, and engaging tone.
Proven experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting or leadership personal branding. Portfolio is required.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Good understanding of LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, social media scheduling tools, and platform analytics.
Ability to understand and adapt to different brand voices and leadership communication styles.
Strong content planning, research, and coordination skills.
Understanding of B2B and D2C content is an added advantage.
