Program Detail:
ManagementTrainees will be inducted and trained for 12 months period
This will be a field sales role where trainees will shadow the ASM/RSM & Cluster Head and are required to travel in the assigned territories
Training will be focused around market expansion, product pitching to dealers, schemes introduction and communication at the retail outlets, work on MOP (market operating price), market hygiene etc.
Post Training period, trainees will be assigned the title and Role of Area Sales Manager.
Role & Responsibility:
Facilitate Distributors/ Dealers to achieve their sales targets.
Educate dealers to sell high value / high margin /current products to improve sales turnover.
Report unauthorized dealer selling / un- authorized product selling.
Ensure adequate In-shop branding, Signage, Festival Gate/ etc. at dealers' outlets.
Competitor benchmarking & assist in Implementing ATL/BTL activities in the state.
Conversion of Retail outlets to MBOs, MBOs to Exclusive, Exclusive to Shoppes/ World/ Galleries as per plan
Visit Zonal Distributors / Area Distributors / Dealers as per plan.
Ensure AD / dealers receive and understand all communications.
Resolve Distributor / dealer queries.
Ensure timely end customer complaint redressal.
