Supervise and monitor daily manufacturing and production activities.
Plan and allocate work to operators and production workers based on production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given time and quality standards.
Monitor the production process and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
Maintain daily production records, attendance, and shift reports.
Calculate and maintain employees’ working hours and overtime (OT) details.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
