Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret real-time or recorded doctor–patient conversations.
Prepare accurate and structured clinical notes based on the physician’s interaction.
Perform Re-scribing, surrogation, and ASR correction activities as part of the workflow.
Ensure medical terminology, medications, diagnoses, and clinical information are accurately captured.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Follow project-specific guidelines and data privacy/confidentiality requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Solid English communication and comprehension skills.
Valuable knowledge of medical terminology and clinical concepts.
Prior experience in medical transcription, scribing, or a related healthcare process is preferred.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a process-driven setting and meet quality/productivity targets.
