Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for manufacturing requirements.
Handle volume purchases of raw materials, components, consumables, and other production-related materials.
Develop and manage vendor relationships, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Drive commercial negotiations to achieve optimum pricing, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and inventory requirements.
Analyze market prices, supplier quotations, and cost trends to support effective purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts for smooth procurement operations.
Ensure adherence to purchase policies, commercial terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
