Salary: 12k-15k per month (negotiable based on skill)

Role Summary The Clerk will assist the Firm in case management, filing, court compliances, legal documentation, court coordination, and Excel-based operational tracking . The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle legal procedural work.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Legal Support
Assist advocates in case preparation, filing, and documentation
Maintain case files, briefs, pleadings, and evidence records
Track case status, next dates, orders, and deadlines
Coordinate with court clerks, filing counters, and registry
Prepare chronologies, and document indexes
Coordinate with clients and seniors for next dates, orders, etc.
Excel & Data Management
Maintain and update Master Task Tracker and Case Management Sheets
Monitor deadlines, task allocation, and workflow status
Create and manage Excel dashboards, filters, and reports
Ensure data accuracy, formatting,



and consistency across sheets
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain digital and physical document management system
Assist in file organization and record keeping
Coordinate internally for task completion and follow-ups
Ensure proper naming, indexing, and structuring of legal data
Support automation and workflow improvements in Excel / Google Sheets

Required Skills Legal & Qualified
Must Know filing and court compliances such as PF, RC, apply certified etc.
Basic understanding of court procedure and legal documentation
Ability to read and understand orders, pleadings, and case papers
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate and Paralegal experience
Experience working in a law firm / litigation office preferred
Familiarity with case tracking, legal workflow, or document systems
Basic understanding of legal drafting is an advantage
