Role Summary
We are looking for a Management Trainee to drive corporate outreach and recruiter engagement , build strong institute-company relationships, and create opportunities across placements, internships and industry collaborations.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition teams and recruiters .
Identify and engage current companies to expand recruiter participation.
Drive corporate engagement towards placements,
internships, PPOs, hackathon hiring and industry projects .
Manage ongoing communication and coordination with recruiters.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing corporate relationships.
Support IDRP initiatives connecting students with startups, emerging technologies and industry-led projects .
What We’re Looking For
Fresh MBA graduate with robust communication and interpersonal skills .
Confident and proactive approach to corporate outreach.
Robust relationship-building, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
Comfortable engaging with companies, recruiters and institutional stakeholders .
