We are looking for an experienced Engineer / Manager with hands-on experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing / Battery Pack Manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving battery manufacturing processes, production activities, quality, testing and process development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve Lithium-Ion battery cell/module/pack manufacturing processes.
Handle Battery Pack Assembly, testing and end-of-line testing activities.
Monitor production parameters such as productivity, OEE, FPY, cycle time and rejection.
Identify process issues and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Work closely with Quality, R&D;, Maintenance, Purchase and Production teams.
Support recent product development, pilot production and production ramp-up.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and safety requirements.
Knowledge of BMS, battery electrical systems and battery pack architecture will be an advantage.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure proper traceability and documentation of battery components and finished battery packs.




Lead and manage production/engineering teams as applicable to the position.

Required Qualifications & Experience
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production or related engineering field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing / Battery Pack Manufacturing / EV Battery Industry.
Hands-on experience in battery module/pack assembly and testing.
Positive understanding of BMS, battery electrical connections and safety requirements.
Experience in production planning, process improvement and problem solving.
Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, RCA and basic quality tools is preferred.
For Manager-level candidates, team handling and shop-floor management experience is required.
