Job Location: All India / Project Sites
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the electrical system of Flash Butt Welding (FBW) machines.
Check and troubleshoot electrical faults in FBW machines and related equipment.
Maintain control panels, motors, cables, sensors, switches, relays, and electrical connections.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Check electrical supply, voltage, current, and machine connections.
Ensure proper functioning of welding machine electrical components.
Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain daily maintenance records and report electrical issues to the supervisor/engineer.
Follow all electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
Coordinate with the machine operator and site engineer for smooth FBW operations.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical tools and testing equipment.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at railway/project sites and in shifts.
