What you’ll do
Operate embroidery machines for customised cap orders.
Set up designs and prepare machines for production.
Load and hoop caps correctly before embroidery.
Check embroidery placement, thread quality and overall finish.
Handle thread changes, basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Trim and finish embroidered pieces neatly.
Maintain the embroidery machine and keep the workspace clean and organised.
Follow production instructions and timelines carefully.
Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure every order is made according to the approved design.
Pack and prepare finished orders when required.
