Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day machine shop operations.
Handle machine shop activities, manpower, production, and workflow.
Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and productivity.
Plan machine loading, production schedules, and job priorities.
Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
Maintain production records and monitor daily output.
Required Skills:
3–6 years of experience in Machine Shop / MC In-charge role.
Experience in foundry or manufacturing industry preferred.
Positive knowledge of machining processes, machines, and tools.
Positive manpower handling and shop-floor coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
