Machines.
To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements.
To monitor the process Parameters on machines.
To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets.
Manpower Planning and efficiency.
To take efforts in reduction of cycle time.
To do process capability, machine capability study
Preferred candidate profile
Thorough knowledge of CNC machines and programming like Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens.
Knowledge of CMM corrections, Jigs & Fixtures
