Role & responsibilities
To monitor PDC Melting shop production as per targets
To monitor process parameters on furnace .
Furnace cleaning as per plan .
To monitor hourly charging ratio details for all furnace .
Man power planning and fuel efficiency monitoring.
To co- ordinate with quality, maintenance, utility team, lab team .
To ensure and follow all safety rules.
To maintain housekeeping and 1S - 2S of responsible zone.
To monitor smooth material handling.
Preferred candidate profile
Thorough knowledge of PDC Melting furnace .
System knowledge of IATF 16949 / OHSAS, EMS and TPM.
Basic knowledge of Striko melting furnace and furnteck melting furnace .
Basic knowledge of degassing machine and vacuum sample machine .
