Requruirement
- Bachelor's degree in any esteem
Proven experience in a general insurance sales & leadership role
knowledge of general insurance products like fire/marine/property
Strong sales, Team Leading skills & training skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A candidate should be able to lead negotiations, have persuasion skills, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to capturing current business.
