Assist mechanics and technicians in mechanical maintenance and repair work.
Help with installation, dismantling, assembly, and servicing of machinery and equipment.
Carry, arrange, and prepare tools, spare parts, and materials required for maintenance work.
Assist in basic fitting, grinding, drilling, cutting, lubrication, and cleaning activities under supervision.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled mechanical workers.
Follow company safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report damaged tools, equipment problems, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving mechanical equipment or materials when required.
Maintain valuable housekeeping in the workshop and work areas.
Perform other mechanical support duties assigned by the supervisor.
