· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing engineering.

· 2 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace, with PFMEA documentation, Work instruction preparation
Develop and maintain PFMEA documentation for various manufacturing & assembly processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to identify potential failure modes and their effects.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and prioritize potential failure modes based on severity, occurrence, and detection ratings.
Identify corrective actions to mitigate identified risks and improve process reliability.
Update PFMEA documents regularly to reflect process changes and improvements.
Create and optimize CNC programs using NX CAM software for manufacturing processes.




Ensure CNC programs are effective and meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.
Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes.
Ensure work instructions are clear, concise, and easily understood by production staff.
Provide training and support to team members on PFMEA methodologies, work instructions, and NX CAM software.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Valuable Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills.

· Ideal candidate should have enough experience to take over current projects and quickly ramp up.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
