Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage programmes, semesters and course shells
Create/manage student and faculty accounts
Manage course enrolments
Configure roles and permissions
Upload and organise approved learning resources
Configure assignments, quizzes and LMS activities as required
Support live-class integrations
Manage class recordings
Conduct LMS readiness checks before launches
Monitor platform access/activity
Troubleshoot student and faculty issues
Support Student Support in resolving technical tickets
Generate LMS reports and data exports
Coordinate technical issues with vendors
Support integrations, upgrades and testing
Maintain LMS SOPs and documentation
Ensure LMS setup reflects approved academic requirements
Qualification:
Master’s / Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience
2–4 years hands-on LMS/learning-technology experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
