Education and Certification-

Qualification: Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Solid experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations.
Proven experience managing operational teams (40+ FTE preferred).
Solid client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Expertise in Accounts Receivable processes.
Strong analytical, governance, and problem-solving skills.
Experience driving automation and process transformation initiatives.
Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, EPM, APRO.
Ability to manage global stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities:
Own service delivery across Accounts Receivable processes.




Drive achievement of SLA/KPI targets and AR metrics including DSO, aging, and cash application accuracy.
Act as the primary operational interface for client stakeholders and delivery leadership.
Manage teams with focus on productivity, quality, retention, and capability building.
Lead governance reviews, operational reporting, and escalation management.
Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational commitments.
Partner with internal and client stakeholders to improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash performance.
Support transitions, process expansions, and transformation initiatives.
