You won’t be observing. You’ll be working on live campaigns: sourcing creators, coordinating deliverables, writing briefs, supporting pitches. The same work our full-time team does.

What you’ll do:
Source creators and run outreach until confirmed
Brief creators, review drafts, chase deliverables
Write scripts, captions, and posting notes
Research brands and support BD pitches
Update trackers and compile campaign reports

What you get:
₹10,000 monthly stipend: ₹6,000 fixed pay + ₹4,000 performance based bonus each month
