Job Purpose: Support business planning and decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial advice and undertaking related accounts administration and function delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Monthly closing of books of Accounts with Ledger/trial scrutiny.
Ensure, review and control Unit accounting.
Prepare unit MIS & deliver accurate monthly Financial MIS with variance analysis & counter
measure
Prepare annual budget
Provide details required for audits as per requirement
PO control & freezing
Assist Unit Head for various accounting support activities as per requirement
Ensure all compliances at unit level incl GST & other compliances
Periodically review compliance tool & update status
Internal Audit, support in cost audit
Control over inventory & permissible purchases
Assets verification as per process and timelines




Inventory as per process and timelines
Cash as per process and timelines

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Taxation- VAT, Service Tax, TDS, Accounting Standards and Statutory Compliances
Knowledge of SAP
Developing Budgets, Tracking Budget, Expenses Accounting
Managing Processes, Reporting Research Results, Management Proficiency, Coordination,
Attention to Detail
Team Development and Administration
Qualified as CA by ICAI
