Role & responsibilities
Assist the Legal team in drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, leases, LOIs, NDAs and other contracts.
Conduct legal research and prepare brief legal notes.
Assist with contract negotiations, documentation and legal due diligence.
Support the team on real estate, commercial and general corporate matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, as required.
Desired Skills: Robust legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, positive communication skills and a keen interest in commercial/in-house legal work.
