Position: Manager – Composite CNG Cylinder

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Composite Engineering or related field.

Experience: 8–15 years in manufacturing, preferably in Composite CNG Cylinders, Pressure Vessels, Filament Winding, or Composite Products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production of Composite CNG Cylinders.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor filament winding, curing, testing, and inspection processes.
Lead production teams and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
Drive safety, productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and R&D; teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry and regulatory standards.

Composite manufacturing and filament winding expertise.
Production planning and process improvement.
Team management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality systems, testing, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹45,370.00 - ₹50,380.00 per month
