Role & responsibilities
Develop and support applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
Perform application maintenance, enhancements, and production support activities.
Work with Mainframe DevOps tools and deployment processes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development and delivery.
Analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned development tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Follow SDLC standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.
