MEP Engineer B.E. Electrical
Solid knowledge of electrical work execution and site supervision.
Review and coordinate electrical and MEP drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work.
Coordinate with consultants and design teams for MEP design development and technical clarifications.
Manage MEP measurements, quantity verification, and contractor billing.
Assist in preparation and monitoring of project schedules for MEP services.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors and handle vendor claims, variations, and related documentation.
Ensure effective Civil and MEP coordination at site and resolve interface issues.
Monitor quality, progress, and timely execution of MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services to avoid service clashes.
Assist in testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
