Travel On Tips Holidays is looking for an energetic and confident Market Visit Staff / Field Executive to visit local businesses, build new connections, promote our travel services, and generate potential customer leads.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy field work, meeting current people, communication, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hotels, corporate offices, schools, colleges, shops, and other local businesses.
Introduce and promote Travel On Tips Holidays and its travel services.
Generate new leads through market visits and direct communication.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and business partners.
Collect customer requirements and share them with the sales team.
Follow up with leads generated through market visits.
Distribute company brochures, visiting cards, and promotional materials.
Identify current business opportunities in the local market.
Maintain daily records of market visits, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly visit and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
Ability to maintain qualified relationships with clients.
Freshers can also apply.
Previous field sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.
