Overall responsibility for maintenance of forging presses, hammers, furnaces, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
Lead and manage the maintenance team and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room departments.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Manage spare parts, maintenance budgets, and inventory.
Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain maintenance records.
Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
