Qualifications
MBA or a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
3–5 years of managerial experience in the education sector
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the branch
Lead and supervise the admissions, counselling, and academic teams
Develop strategies to achieve admission and business targets




Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain high standards of student service and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with management and prepare operational reports
Ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities
