Position: MBBS General Physician / Medical Officer

Location: Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Call

Department: General Medicine / OPD & Emergency

Qualification:
MBBS from an NMC/recognized medical college.
Valid registration with State Medical Council / NMC.
2–3 years of experience preferred; freshers with good clinical knowledge may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OPD consultations and examine patients of different age groups.
Diagnose and manage common medical conditions such as:
High BP / Hypertension
Diabetes / High Sugar
Fever, infections, weakness and general illnesses
Respiratory problems, asthma/COPD-related complaints
Gastric, liver and other common medical conditions
Headache, dizziness and other general complaints
Chest pain and cardiac-related symptoms – initial assessment and stabilization
Perform clinical examination, review investigations and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Identify cases requiring specialist consultation and refer to Cardiologist, Gynecologist, Surgeon or other specialists whenever required.
Handle emergency/acute medical cases and provide initial stabilization as per hospital protocol.




Monitor IPD patients when assigned and coordinate with nursing staff and specialists.
Maintain proper patient records, prescriptions, clinical notes and documentation.
Ensure rational prescribing and follow hospital/NMC clinical protocols.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment, investigations, diet, lifestyle and follow-up.
Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and other hospital departments.

Preferred Skills:
Robust clinical examination and diagnostic skills.
Valuable knowledge of Hypertension, Diabetes and common cardiac/medical conditions.
Ability to manage routine OPD independently within the doctor's scope of practice.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in OPD, IPD and emergency situations.

Working Arrangement:

Full-Time doctors preferred. On-Call/Part-Time MBBS doctors may also be considered depending on availability and hospital requirements.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification, experience and duty pattern.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
