Responsibilities:
Communicate with buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of samples and orders.
Follow up on sample approvals and provide feedback to suppliers.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Handle any issues or concerns related to merchandise quality, availability, or delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Textiles industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
