Role & responsibilities
Responsible for production activities of assembly line.
Responsible for production plan to meet target.
Responsible for Shop Safety, product quality & shop floor improvement activities.
Manage and motivate team members, technicians & workers.
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of Individual & group targets.
Liaison with support (Quality, Maintenance, Stores) departments to achieve production targets
Manpower Resource planning.
Takes overall accountability for delivering results.
Able to drive SQPDCME target to achieve results
Knowledge of Vehicle Assembly Shop
Ensuring quality & Delivery output of the assign area.
Monitoring & Analysis line stoppage
Knowledge of Assembly Production processes- Chassis /Trim /Testing /EOL
Knowledge of line balancing, time study.
Positive Understanding of basic Automobile system like Engine, Gearbox, Axle.
Knowledge of the application of Lean tools in manufacturing
Awareness of Assembly Process, Kaizen, 7 QC tool, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, IATF.
