Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MDM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and exposure to the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare domain.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing MDM solutions, managing master data quality, configuring matching and survivorship rules, and supporting data governance and stewardship processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM or Reltio.
Design and configure MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
Configure data ingestion/inbound and outbound processes.
Develop and configure Match & Merge, cleansing, validation, and survivorship rules.
Create and maintain Golden Records and support data quality improvement.
Analyze source-system metadata and master data requirements.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements related to data quality, matching, merging, survivorship, and stewardship.
Support integration of MDM with CRM, ERP, and downstream systems.
Perform data analysis using SQL and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, defect resolution,



and production support activities.
Perform code reviews and ensure development follows quality standards.
Work independently on MDM development activities and deliver within project timelines.

Mandatory Skills
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in MDM development.
Solid hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or Reltio.
