Job Summary

Logicloop Digital is looking for a Senior Business Development skilled with strong experience in digital agency sales, particularly in selling Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and integrated marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate should have an established network across multiple industries and strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Business Owners. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting high-value business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition for Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Marketing services.
Leverage existing relationships and network to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and senior decision-makers.
Identify opportunities across diverse industries and understand different business and marketing requirements.
Lead the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closure.




Present customized digital marketing solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, performance, and other internal teams to develop effective client proposals.
Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in business development/sales within a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
Robust experience in selling Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and related agency services.
Proven network and relationships with C-suite executives, CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Business Owners.
Experience working with clients across multiple industries rather than being restricted to a single sector.
Proven track record of acquiring and closing mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and the ability to communicate their business value.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
