Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines and Notebooks.
Strong proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL for large-scale data processing, with strong SQL development and performance optimization skills.
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines with solid knowledge of Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
Solid understanding of dimensional data modelling and enterprise data warehouse concepts, with experience building curated data models for financial and operational reporting; exposure to PeopleSoft, Workday, ERP, HR or Finance integrations is an advantage.
Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, governance, metadata management, Git/Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment, along with robust problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
