Location: Hubli, Karnataka

We are hiring on behalf of a leading media & advertising organization for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and client acquisition in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of the company’s media and advertising offerings
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Acquire current corporate clients through direct business development
Build and maintain relationships with media planning & buying agencies
Develop new business prospects across Hubli and surrounding markets
Liaise with large media agencies and corporate marketing teams
Understand client requirements and propose relevant media solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients and agency partners




Monitor market opportunities and contribute to business growth

Ideal Candidate
Experience in media sales / advertising sales / OOH / digital media / agency sales
Strong understanding of the Hubli/Dharwad business and advertising market
Existing relationships with corporate clients and/or media agencies will be an advantage
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Energetic, target-driven and proactive approach to business development

Location Hubli, Karnataka

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
