We are looking for a agile and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives. The BDM will be responsible for building, training, and leading a high-performing sales team, achieving monthly business targets, and ensuring consistent team productivity. This role is critical in driving branch performance and expanding UniBharath Corp’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of business development executives.
Set explicit performance goals and monitor daily/weekly productivity of the team.
Motivate and coach team members to ensure high engagement and low attrition.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance analysis.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
