We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and advantages.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR management.
Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
