Role & responsibilities
Deliver Medical Coding training sessions (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) as per curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises, case studies, and assessments.
Train students on coding guidelines, compliance, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and track student progress.
Prepare students for AAPC certification (CPC or equivalent).
Maintain attendance, academic records, and update MIS regularly.
Support students in practical coding and doubt clarification.
Ensure a disciplined, engaging, and learner-friendly classroom.
Coordinate with Centre team for batch planning and scheduling.
Maintain training quality and follow project and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Practical experience in medical coding industry.
Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, MIS entry, presentation tools).
Internet and research skills for academic content preparation.
Basic English communication skills.
Valuable teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
