We are seeking a versatile and proactive Maintenance & Housekeeping Technician to keep our facility safe, fully functional, and impeccably clean. The ideal candidate blends solid handyman skills with a solid eye for detail in cleaning and daily sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance: Perform routine facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical fixes, painting, and light carpentry.
Housekeeping: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and designated rooms (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal).
Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections of building systems, HVAC filters, and lighting, reporting any major repair needs.
Rapid Response: Address urgent maintenance tickets and unexpected cleaning emergencies promptly and professionally.
Inventory Management: Track, organize,
and restock cleaning supplies while maintaining tools in valuable condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in general building maintenance or handyman work.
Prior professional experience in housekeeping, janitorial duties, or commercial cleaning.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physical stamina to handle active tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
Basic problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-facing attitude.
