Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
Generate and qualify recent leads for hospital and healthcare projects.
Develop relationships with doctors, hospital owners, consultants, and decision-makers.
Identify recent projects and business opportunities across India.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Willingness to travel Pan India as required.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing/business development, preferably in construction, healthcare, or hospital projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
