Key Responsibilities
Daily MIS & Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain daily Management Information Systems (MIS).
Perform rigorous financial reconciliation between policy issuance data and accounting records to ensure zero discrepancy.
Reinsurance - Treaty Share Calculation: Execute exact calculations for Treaty Reinsurance Determine the specific share of premiums and liabilities to be allocated to reinsurers based on active treaty wordings (Quota Share, Surplus, etc.).
Renewal MIS Management:
Lead the creation of the monthly renewal base, identifying all policies set to expire.
Active tracking of renewal conversion rates to monitor business retention.
Generate insights on "lost" vs. "retained" business to support management strategy.
