Experience: 10+ Years overall, with 5+ years as Maintenance Incharge

Manage day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities and plant equipment.
Experience in Dross Processing Unit (DPU), DRI, Steel Plant or Power Plant is preferred.
Plan and monitor preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
Handle alignment, bearing and rotating equipment maintenance.
Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
Ensure equipment reliability, minimum downtime and compliance with safety procedures.
Maintain maintenance documentation, reports and equipment records.
Manage spares, inventory and maintenance-related material requirements.
Coordinate with operations for smooth plant functioning.
