Experience 10 to 12 years in Automobile / Auto ancillary / Foundry industries.
Qualification – BE ( Mechanical / production / Industrial engineering ) + Additional education in industrial engineering field.
Technical skillset required –
Knowledge regarding engineering processes especially in assembly , foundry & machining area.
Knowledge about cycle time preparation using various cycle time measurement technique like Time study , MOST, Synthesis , PMTS.
Knowledge about various incentive schemes for productivity improvement.
Assessment of resources where work is non repetitive i.e. in non-production area.
Additional skillset required –
Valuable return & oral communication
Ability to work in pressure situations
Able to handle Team of Industrial engineers.
Analytical & logical thinking
