Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Head with 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads/Google AdWords, and YouTube Ads.
Drive quality lead generation and improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign metrics, ROI, and overall marketing performance.
Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Work closely with sales and business teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.




Take hands-on ownership of campaign execution rather than focusing only on managerial responsibilities.

Requirements
15+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Robust understanding of Lead Generation, ROI, campaign optimization, and conversion performance.
Ability to develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Candidates should be hands-on with digital campaign execution.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
