We are seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to join our team and drive our Rail Products to the next level. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge solutions to address and enhance workflows at intermodal/inland rail facilities, optimizing the way cargo moves across rail networks. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and expanding the functionality of our intermodal rail solutions,
delivering high-impact software that improves efficiency, visibility, and performance for our global rail customers. Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for key product features and own strategic areas of the codebase end-to-end
- Contribute to and influence architecture, system design, and technology decisions across the product area
- Socialize and champion best practices for coding, testing, and AI-assisted development across multiple teams
- Create new product features for global customers using test-driven development, setting the standard for quality and scalability
