Key Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across café outlets.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and other café equipment.
Attend and resolve breakdowns with minimum disruption to café operations.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and safety risks.
Coordinate with external technicians, AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Verify vendor work quality, service completion, and maintenance bills before submission.
Monitor AMC contracts and ensure services are completed as per schedule.
Maintain adequate stock of essential spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Ensure compliance with electrical, fire, safety,



and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Barista, Housekeeping, and Purchase teams for maintenance requirements.
Control maintenance costs and recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and expenses.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely without affecting guest experience.
Train and supervise maintenance staff/technicians.
Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial establishments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
