We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Lead and manage the maintenance team and contractors.
Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and spare-parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and other departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Solid troubleshooting, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety practices.
